Local artist and teacher Jane Bregoli will be leading a two-hour watercolor workshop at the Dartmouth North Branch Library at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24.

The event is open to painters of all skill levels who are expected to bring their own supplies such as paints, brushes and paper.
