The good folks at Wareham Land Trust are the new neighbors!

It is always exciting to work to get someone their next dream home, but the sale of 120 Cromesett Rd to the Wareham Land Trust was truly and honor for us at Upper Cape Realty. The sellers held the property within their family for decades and once they made the difficult decision to sell, they were overjoyed to sell it to a local land trust, knowing it would be preserved as open space and enjoyed by many.

The trust has wonderful plans to for an accessible walking trail and observation area. Preserved lands such as this parcel, are making properties in Cromesett even more desirable.
