Dartmouth Police arrested and charged 27-year-old Daarnez Ramos with trafficking cocaine after detectives, with assistance from Massachusetts State Troopers, executed a search warrant for a residence on Cove Road in Dartmouth.

During the search on Thursday, March 21, police discovered 30 grams of suspected powder cocaine, 3 grams of suspected crack cocaine, 5 grams of suspected Fentanyl and $955. 

Detective Cristina Brum led this month-long investigation with help from other detectives assigned to the Dartmouth Police Community Impact Unit. 

“As a result of their hard work and dedication, my detectives were not only able to remove this dangerous individual from the community, but also the dangerous and possibly life-threatening drugs that he was peddling,” said Dartmouth Chief of Police Brian Levesque.
