NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Request for Determination of Applicability from Matthew Cate to repair a septic system in both the Riverfront Area and the 100-ft Buffer Zone to an Inland Bank to Destruction Brook, on land described as Map 28 Lot 88 or 76 Slades Corner Road. The Conservation Commission voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the Governor’s 2023 extension of the virtual/hybrid open meeting option through March 31, 2025. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday April 9, 2024. Login information for the meeting appears on the agenda posted on the Dartmouth Conservation Commission page of the Town of Dartmouth website. All interested parties should log into the meeting and be present at that time.

The Conservation Commission voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the Governor’s 2023 extension of the virtual/hybrid open meeting option through March 31, 2025. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday April 9, 2024. is seeking bids for construction.

Partners in Housing, Inc. of Dartmouth, MA is seeking sealed bids for construction of a single story multi-unit housing consisting of six (6) one (1) bedroom apartments and one (1) four (4) bedroom congregate style living apartment in N Dartmouth, MA herein known as the Mendes-Monteiro House.
Estimated cost of construction is $4,400,000 and interested parties must be DCAMM certified.

Design specifications can be obtained at www.BidDocs.com on Wednesday March 27, 2024. They can be viewed electronically and hardcopies may be requested. Bids will only be accepted electronically. Your price will be valid for ninety (90) days from the time of award.
