Pursuant to 33 U.S.C. 1341 and M.G.L. c. 21 §§ 26 - 53, notice is given of a 401 Water Quality Certification application for the inspection and potential repair of a gas pipeline anomaly (Dig 10280) at Mile Post (MP) 41.41 within a bordering vegetated wetland off Bergeron Lane in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. Work will consist of excavation, inspection, and, if necessary, repair of the existing G-1 System gas pipeline. The work will be conducted by Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC, 890 Winter Street, Suite 320, Waltham, MA 02451. Written comments should be sent to MassDEP Southeast Regional Office 20 Riverside Drive, Lakeville, MA 02347 within twenty-one days of this notice.

Any group of ten persons, any aggrieved person, or any governmental body or private organization with a mandate to protect the environment who submits written comments may appeal the Department’s Certification Failure to submit written comments before the end of the public comment period may result in the waiver of any right to an adjudicatory hearing.

Public notice is given to all persons in the Town of Dartmouth that a public hearing will be held on January 3, 2024 at 6:30 P.M. in Room 315 at 400 Slocum Rd., Dartmouth, MA 02747, to solicit comments on the application HDPR 23-59 for 2 Washburn Rd. for demolition of the house, and also to solicit comments on the application HDPR-23-69 for 125 Slades Corner Road for demolition of a secondary structure. The Commission shall decide at the public hearing or within ten (10) business days after the public hearing whether each building should be preferably preserved.

All people interested are invited to attend this hearing and be heard.
