NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Notice of Intent from John Kopaczewski to construct a stone wall and a single pole osprey nest, and permission for the existing gravel driveway, stone retaining wall, and hydroseeding within a bordering vegetated wetland, on bordering land subject to flooding, and on land subject to coastal storm flowage, on land described as Map 112 Lot 30 or 16 Bourne Place. The Conservation Commission voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the governor’s 2023 extension of the virtual/hybrid open meeting option through March 31, 2025. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday January 30, 2024. Login information for the meeting appears on the agenda posted on the Dartmouth Conservation Commission page of the Town of Dartmouth website. All interested parties should log into the meeting and be present at that time.

ABANDONED BOAT NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the following vessel has been abandoned on the property of IAA 580 Myricks St E Taunton MA 02718 #508-823-7440. The vessel is described as: 2006 Seawirl Motorboat, Blue, 25ft,7in, Hin# GSSXD017J506. The owner has the right to reclaim the vessel within 30 days, subject to the rights of any lienholder. Failure to claim the vessel will constitute a waiver of all rights, title, and interest in the vessel. If the vessel is not claimed and the vessel is not removed within 90 days, said vessel will be surrendered to claimant, who may apply for title, subject to any valid lien, pursuant to Mass Gen. Laws ch. 91, 41.
