Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Notice of Intent from Jason & Mary Kate Roy to construct an addition to a single-family home in the 100-ft Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland on land described as Map 66 Lot 2-87 or 18 Hummingbird Trail. The Conservation Commission voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the governor’s 2023 extension of the virtual/hybrid open meeting option through March 31, 2025. The Town of Dartmouth, Department of Public Works is soliciting bids for:

Contract #23-WPC-03 UV Lamp & Lamp Driver

Sealed bids will be received by the Department of Public Works, 759 Russells Mills Road, Dartmouth, MA, 02748, during business hours, until the date and time of the bid opening.

BID OPENING
Bids will be opened December 12, 2023 at
10:30 A.M. Prevailing Time

Contract Documents, including the Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Specifications, and other Contract Documents, may be obtained and/or examined on or after November 27, 2023 at the Department of Public Works, 759 Russells Mills Road, Dartmouth, MA, 02748 Monday - Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Bid documents are also available electronically, please contact Rosa Tavares at rtavares@town.dartmouth.ma.us.

Attention is called to the fact that supplies furnished as part of this Contract are exempt from the Sales and Use Tax. All bids submitted should take this factor into consideration and be calculated accordingly.

The contract will be awarded within thirty (30) days after the bid opening. The time for award may be extended by mutual agreement between the Town and the awarded bidder.

No Bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of thirty (30) days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, after the actual date of the opening thereof.

The Bidder must furnish a Non-Collusion Form and Statement of Taxes, with their bid.

Proposals must include ALL DOCUMENTS required by the Invitation for Bid. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality, reject any or all proposals, or accept other than the lowest priced proposal.
