Chad Rainville, 18, of Cross Road, is facing charges of receiving stolen property and conspiracy after a collection of stolen tools and other items were located and seized from his residence and U-Haul van, according to Dartmouth Police. 

Rainville was arrested on Saturday, March 16 at approximately 1 p.m., according to police. The tools had been stolen from a construction site earlier in the day.
